IN LIVING COLOR

It's no secret that I am a fan of sporting big, bold colors, and this fun Valentino shirt from Mr. Porter ticks all the right boxes. A slightly retro cut pairs perfectly with the deconstructed tropical print.

I wore it with a pair of white skinny jeans and bright turquoise driving shoes - this look took me from weekend brunch to some shopping in Venice. Legit!

Love the fresh, clean feeling of an all white ensemble, topped off with a blackout pair of aviators. For this outfit, I paired my fave white skinny denim with a lightweight striped shirt, layered over a classic white crew neck.

HONOLULU BOMBER

Aloha! Here's to this killer cool Honolulu satin bomber jacket. Even when the autumn descends and the temps chill down, I still like to bring a certain splash of tropical style to my look. Otherwise, it would just be a plain pair of black skinny jeans and a white t-shirt - not that there's anything wrong with that ;)

HEAT WAVE FLORALS

While LA is currently in the midst of the most gnarly heat waves in recent memory, I snapped these photos a few weekends ago. Freshly platinum and cruisin' around the streets of Venice, this  painterly floral shirt and white denim paired perfectly.

BIRTHDAY WEEKEND

My birthday weekend 2016 was such a memorable, wonderful time spent with my family and friends... just perfect.

I kicked off the celebration with a family dinner at The Penthouse in the Huntley Hotel in Santa Monica. A delicious dinner, lots of drinks and special surprises made the evening pretty wild!

On my actual birthday, I spent the evening at one of my favorite places, Nobu Malibu, with my best friend Colton. Heaven.

WHITE ON WHITE (ON 80'S PRINT)

For this look, I wanted to keep things fresh and clean with an all-white palette that was accentuated by a shirt with a fun, quirky pattern. This print reminds me of the 80's, like the art of Keith Haring or David Hockney's pool prints, and is just really fun.

NYC TIMES TWO

Found myself in NYC for a brief 48 hours last week, and luckily got out JUST before storm Jonas pummeled the city with massive amounts of snow and ice. 

Since I'm ride or die West Coaster, my "cold weather" clothes are cool for LA but don't quite cut it for New York. I wasn't quite frozen to the core, but I did the best I could given my options.

CHRISTMAS IS NEAR

Christmas is so close I can nearly taste my mom's delicious roasted chicken!

BLENDING IN

While I would usually much prefer to stand out, sometimes it's kind of cool to blend into your surroundings. A simple black and white look blends seamlessly with this contrasting corner, while these printed Stubbs & Wootton slippers play upon the graphic nature of the rocks. 

Surely my next 'fit will be back to my usual stand out self!

ENDLESS SUMMER

As anyone who lives in LA knows, this has been one hell of an endless summer. Temps in the 90's day in and day out... will it ever cool down?

Nothing like the fresh feeling of wearing white on white in the summer. Easy, effortless cool. For this look, I paired wooden shades with a vintage leather belt, a breezy linen shirt and white slim denim from my new favorite denim brand Mott & Bow. The final touch? A pair of super comfortable nautical slip-ons from Blu Kicks, which stylishly translate from the beach to a boat to drinks with my amigos. Now all I need is a white party to attend!

ZACK X MIAMI SWIM WEEK 2015

This year's trip to Miami for Swim Week was, in a word, hot. And not just temperature wise. Don't get me wrong, the Miami climate was expectedly soupy, which truth be told did wonderful things for my complexion. Miami Swim Week sizzled this year thanks to nonstop runway shows, after parties, and celebrations that may or may not have included drinking lots of tequila at a club that doubled as a late-night taco shop.

No matter how hectic this wild weekend of babes in bikinis got, I found refuge on the sand and in the ocean. When all was said and done, the final moments of the weekend on the beach with friends was what I'll take away from this scorcher of a trip.
