Recently got back from Miami, a trip filled with sun, swimming, events, spending time with pals, and enjoying some much needed chill time.

I took to the beach in the coolest sweater of all time, which includes embroidered waves, a surfer and a shark ready to give him a chomp.

Was cool to just chill out on a boarded up lifeguard tower, and watch the waves roll in...

BIRTHDAY WEEKEND

My birthday weekend 2016 was such a memorable, wonderful time spent with my family and friends... just perfect.

I kicked off the celebration with a family dinner at The Penthouse in the Huntley Hotel in Santa Monica. A delicious dinner, lots of drinks and special surprises made the evening pretty wild!

On my actual birthday, I spent the evening at one of my favorite places, Nobu Malibu, with my best friend Colton. Heaven.

RECENTLY X FEB-APRIL 2016

Realized that it's seemingly been an eternity since my latest visual monthly weekend. In between a weekend in Palm Springs and a week in New York, beach days, dinners with my buddies, work, the EPIC Rihanna concert (speaking of "work") and just finding time to unwind and chill - these past few months have been pretty eventful.

BAJA HOODIE

I recently spent the weekend housesitting in Venice, and found this 'fit to be perfect for my morning walk to grab coffee at Abbot's Habit and for a bike ride along the coast. So into this lightweight linen baja hoodie paired with my latest obsession: these monogrammed leather slippers from Iovado. Casual cool.

The first month of the new year provided some great memories and time spent doing what I love: writing, creating, and being near the ocean.

ZACK X MIAMI SWIM WEEK 2015

This year's trip to Miami for Swim Week was, in a word, hot. And not just temperature wise. Don't get me wrong, the Miami climate was expectedly soupy, which truth be told did wonderful things for my complexion. Miami Swim Week sizzled this year thanks to nonstop runway shows, after parties, and celebrations that may or may not have included drinking lots of tequila at a club that doubled as a late-night taco shop.

No matter how hectic this wild weekend of babes in bikinis got, I found refuge on the sand and in the ocean. When all was said and done, the final moments of the weekend on the beach with friends was what I'll take away from this scorcher of a trip.
