PALMS AND RIPS

Easy weekend wear is the name of the game here, and as you know I love a good palm print. Paired with mirrored aviators and slim denim with just the right amount of rips, I'm set.

BAJA HOODIE

I recently spent the weekend housesitting in Venice, and found this 'fit to be perfect for my morning walk to grab coffee at Abbot's Habit and for a bike ride along the coast. So into this lightweight linen baja hoodie paired with my latest obsession: these monogrammed leather slippers from Iovado. Casual cool.

RECENTLY X JAN 2016

The first month of the new year provided some great memories and time spent doing what I love: writing, creating, and being near the ocean.

THAWING OUT

As I'm sure you've heard, people in LA have been *freaking* out about how **freezing** it is here. True, we're not used to anything lower than 75, but let's try and tone down the dramatics just a bit. I, for one, welcome these chilly winter days, especially after the sweltering summer us Angelenos experienced.

Cut to me starting to thaw out yesterday by wearing my first pair of shorts of the year. My best friend picked me up in his vintage Mercedes from the 60's, we put the top down and cruised up Benedict Canyon for breakfast at the Beverly Glen Deli. A perfect Saturday morning.
