HEAVY LAYERS

Yes, I'm bringing my favorite coat out of retirement!

There's only so many days in LA when the weather warrants wearing heavy layers, and since it's been so grey and gloomy these past few mornings... the time is now!

This week has been pretty chill for the most part, I've spent time with friends having lazy dinners and doing lots of writing. I'm excited it's Friday and can't wait for the weekend!

TOUGH CAMO

This is a pretty standard outfit for me, mixing camo pants with black leather and two of my favorite accessories, aviators and a snapback.

I know it's not super summery, but I figured I should start to ease into fall sooner than later! I hope everyone is having a rad week.

A SHERPA SITUATION

Today, I decided to wear this really rad vintage Levi's sherpa denim jacket that I scored over the weekend at one of my favorite thrift stores on Fairfax. It's funny, I was just saying the night before how I was on the hunt for a super soft, worn-in denim jacket (and sherpa lining would be a plus!).

It seems that since I put that out there in the universe, the shopping gods decided to be kind. Love it when that happens!

I can barely believe that the month of January has flown by and February is here! In celebration of tomorrow being #BeyonceBowl, I thought it would be fun to share some of my latest Instagram posts with you.

10. A delicious lobster and crab salad at Villa Blanca in Bevelry Hills that I scarfed down during a client lunch.

12. A cool snapshot of my friend Victoria - in head to toe leather, might I add - that I took after the opening of Aventine Hollywood.

DARK LIGHT

First and foremost, apologies for the delay in posting! I caught a nasty cold that had me pretty much bedridden for the past three days. Yesterday was the first day that I began to feel normal again, just in time for the Lady Gaga concert at Staples Center. Nothing like Gaga to cure what ails ya!

For this 'fit, I am wearing my new favorite Topman sweatshirt, that reads:

"DARK LIGHT // 3RD STUDIO ALBUM // RELEASED UNDER THE 13TH FLOOR LABEL // PROGRESSIVE AND EXPERIMENTAL ROCK // 1972"

So rad, right?

Paired it with my gold mirrored aviators, skinny camo pants and a pair of black and gold Court Forces.

CAMO WITH ATTITUDE

The first official outfit post on the Lavender Ambition Tour! So in love with my new All Saints camouflage biker jacket - as you know, I've never met a biker jacket I didn't like. I love the contrast between the camo and the rest of this look, which I kept simple with black and white. And of course, my lavender hair! This pale pink/violet wall was the perfect color complement I think.
