TOUGH CAMO

This is a pretty standard outfit for me, mixing camo pants with black leather and two of my favorite accessories, aviators and a snapback.

I know it's not super summery, but I figured I should start to ease into fall sooner than later! I hope everyone is having a rad week.

BLEACHED PURPLE

This is a quintessential relaxed summer look for me... can't beat cutoffs, a lightweight button up and high top Chucks. Of course I threw on a backwards hat and black aviators, too.

Plus, I'm glad that my tan from last weekend at the beach is still hanging around! What does everyone have planned for the 4th of July?

READY FOR SUMMER

I've said it before and I'll say it again... I am SO ready for summer!

Bring on the cutoffs, tank tops, long days at the beach, sundrenched afternoons, cold drinks and long nights!

This is always my favorite time of year, especially because it's my birthday week! I love that celebrating my birthday always serves as kind of a summer kickoff. Can't wait to toast with family and friends this week and weekend!

EVERYDAY I'M HUSTLIN'

Ok, so here's the story behind this D9 Reserve tee.

I was cruisin' down Sunset Blvd. on my way home and saw this total badass kid, probably 12 or 13 years old, rolling down the street on a skateboard wearing it. Cracked up that this kid is a) hustlin' and b) it made him rich. Dead.

From that moment, I knew I had to get my hands on it. Good motivation for the everyday grind!

BEST FRIEND SATURDAY

 

Today was a really great day. You want to know why? Because I was able to spend it being silly with my best friend Colton. Between both of our crazy travel and work schedules, I haven't seen him in.... get ready for it... over a MONTH! We're literally like two peas in a pod and balance each other out so well. He's wild and crazy and spontaneous, and I'm a bit more, ahem, of a control freak. But we balance each other out perfectly and I don't know what I'd do without him.

LAID BACK LAYERS

Over the weekend, I decided to keep my look casual and laid back by layering several comfy pieces that would be cool to kick around in.

I spent my Saturday morning in Venice with my bud Shaelen. We grabbed a delicious breakfast on Abbot Kinney at 3 Square Cafe, sitting at a little table on the sidewalk, catching up and people watching (naturally). After that, we just cruised around the streets of Venice, making it over to the canals for a leisurely stroll. Love spending a day by the beach... that's the Venice local in me!
