Love the fresh, clean feeling of an all white ensemble, topped off with a blackout pair of aviators. For this outfit, I paired my fave white skinny denim with a lightweight striped shirt, layered over a classic white crew neck.

LET YOUR KNEES BREATHE

Sometimes you've just gotta let your knees breathe! I chose to do so in one of my favorite pairs of vintage jeans, paired with a leather jacket and palm tree espadrilles. Squeezing out the last few moments of summertime before my wardrobe transitions to fall!

TROPICAL VINTAGE

Have you noticed that I'm on a Hawaiian shirt kick? To say I'm obsessed would be an understatement! I think it partially stems from the recent surge of this style amongst men's fashion brands (making it super accessible), but is mostly due to the fact that I am a total beach bum at heart and tropical prints make me happy!

This particular shirt is a vintage Hawaiian shirt that is actually my dad's - I borrowed it from him for this shoot. Super cool when paired with denim shorts and patent Galet loafers.

RESORT 2015

It's supposed to be winter? Whatever, I'm going to the beach.

After a few weeks of actually really cold weather here in LA - and I'm talking cold enough for me to turn on my heater - these past few days have been pretty warm once again. Who's ready to hit the coast?

CALIFORNIA COOL

This look kind of epitomizes my approach to relaxed, California cool dressing - all year round. A unique vintage tank, breezy button up, and cuffed pair of denim. Checkered skate sneaks add an extra element of cool that pays homage to my hometown of Venice.

Swap out the jeans for a pair of swim trunks and espadrilles and this look heads from the street to the beach. Killer!

DENIM X SHERPA

Today was one of the first days since what seems like the beginning of time that LA hasn't had blisteringly hot temperatures. Instead, we saw dramatic clouds and - dare I say it - even a few sprinkles of rain! That instantly means that everyone jumped at the chance to break out their sweaters, leather and coats.

For me, I decided to get going with the whole denim x sherpa vibes, wearing one of my all time favorite vintage finds - this Levi's sherpa trucker jacket.

Will LA's cool spell last?

Nothing like the fresh feeling of wearing white on white in the summer. Easy, effortless cool. For this look, I paired wooden shades with a vintage leather belt, a breezy linen shirt and white slim denim from my new favorite denim brand Mott & Bow. The final touch?
