For this outfit, I decided to keep things a bit nautical, a bit beachy, and totally fresh. I have always loved the ease of a classic striped button-down, and when worn with slouchy white Levi's and new Soludos espadrilles, it's just plain cool.

Summer in LA is really heating up, and my easy uniform of choice has been a breezy linen shirt (either that or tons of tropical Hawaiian shirts... more on that in a minute) paired with shorts and espadrilles. Getting me through the heat wave!

If I could design my dream pair of shoes, this would pretty much be them. Beachy, comfy espadrilles emblazoned with a graphic palm tree print - YES YES YES!

I decided to treat myself to these bad boys as an early birthday present to myself... it's always good to treat yourself!
