3. Had the most relaxing spa day at the West Hollywood location of 18|8 Fine Men's Salons. Their manicure and pedicure treatment was top notch, and the Skinmetics facial treatment left my skin nourished, hydrated and super healthy. Yes, please!

4. Spent the 4th of July beachside (shocking, right?) with this rad turquoise swimsuit from Duho.

5. What beach day would be complete without my mega trusty Neff Headwear Gold Brodies?

6. Heaven in a bite.

7. Summer Fridays with my pal Michael.

8. The most insanely delicious summer shrimp pasta made by the best chef I know, my incredible mom.

NYC X FEB 2015: PART I

Last week was spent braving New York City's blisteringly cold temperatures for a mixture of work and play, and as usual, the city delivered some memorable moments that only it can.

From brunching with my buds Kat, Vanessa and Quan at Marta (featuring some insanely delicious avocado toast on the prettiest plates) to dodging the snowfall in and out of cabs and the subway, oysters and shellfish galore, a surf lodge haven amongst the sleet, lots of coffee and espresso, this was a fun one.

1. A morning coffee run with the best friend @coltonthorn followed by driving around in the hills blasting "Benny and the Jets." Well, this actually happened this morning so its technically not from last month. But still. Love this moment.

NYC SNAPSHOTS

My trip to NYC several weeks ago was filled with the following:

Chilly walks around the city, a major Meg Ryan meets Tom Hanks moment with my love Vanessa of The Haute Pursuit and inspiring conversations over espresso at Stumptown Coffee Roasters, camel coats and leather biker pants, exploring The Met with my darling Lindsay, killer good spicy tortilla soup at Barrio Chino and out of this world uni toast at Saikai Dining Bar, cozy chats on Kat's couch and drinking either Scholium Wines red wine or Momofuku Milk Bar pretzel milk, conquering the Brooklyn Flea Market with Lindsay, Natalie and Dylana, subway rides and an incredibly beautiful French meal with seats overlooking the kitchen at Racines.

Pretty rad trip, if I say so myself!
